甜梦胶囊联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃疗效观察

目的观察甜梦胶囊联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃疗效。方法将41例斑秃患者随机分为两组,试验组采用口服甜梦胶囊联合外擦5%米诺地尔酊,对照组外搽5%米诺地尔酊,并观察两组治疗前后毛发生长情况。结果随访3个月后作统计,试验组有效率为76.2%,对照组有效率为45%,试验组与对照组相比,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论甜梦胶囊联合米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃有显著疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of using TianMeng Capsule with Minoxidil Alcohol to treat Alopecia Areata. Method Forty-one patients with Alopecia Areata were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with the oral Chinese herb TianMeng capsule combined with 5% Alcohol Minoxidil applied onto the scalp in the hair loss area. For comparison, the other group was treated with 5% Min0xidil Alcohol only. Then observe the hair growth of the two groups before and after the treatment. Results Patients were asked to assess the effectiveness of the treatment after 3 months for statistic purposes. The data shows there is a significant difference between the two groups. The study group achieved 76.2% effectiveness and only 45% for the comparison group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By using TianMeng Capsule with Minoxid Alcohol will achieve a good result in the treatment of Alopecia Areata.
