摘要
简要分析了中国热连轧自动化系统的发展现状,介绍了多级计算机控制系统结构以及自主开发的关键技术,包括冶铸轧一体化计划管理、过程自动化中间件、热连轧板形综合控制技术、高精度数学模型和算法等。最后展望了热连轧自动化系统的技术发展。
The development and current situation of hot strip automation system in China is briefed.The multi-level computer control system and independently developed key technologies are introduced,which include integrative batch planning for steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling,middleware for process automation,integrated shape control technologies in hot strip mills,high precision mathematical model and algorithm,etc.Finally,the prospects of technologies of hot strip automation system are put forward.
