摘要
对皮尔巴拉粉进行了烧结基础特性、烧结杯实验室试验研究,结果表明:使用20%PBF对烧结指标无负面影响,使用比例超过30%后,烧结指标明显恶化,需要增加混合料水分来改善烧结指标。由于实验室研究结果可靠,使得PBF在首钢烧结生产应用比较顺利,技术指标基本无影响。
Sintering fundamental characteristics and sinter pot test of Pilbara Blend iron ore has been discussed.The results show that 20% of PBF has no adverse effect on sinter production.Moisture content must be increased to improve sinter production index if PBF ratio in sinter mix is more than 30%.The reliable laboratory and trial test results contribute the smooth transition of PBF in shougang's sinter plant.And there is almost no influence on technical index.
