摘要
目的观察穴位埋线疗法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法治疗组30例,采用穴位埋"医用可吸收性羊肠线"治疗,对照组30例采用西药治疗。结果治疗3个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为91.5%,无不良反应;对照组总有效率为84.2%,不良反应轻微。结论穴位埋线是治疗原发性三叉神经痛的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A treatment group of 30 cases received acupoint embedding of medical absorbable catgut and a control group of 30 cases,Western drug treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.5% without adverse reactions in the treatment group after 3 courses of treatment. The total efficacy rate was 84.2% with mild adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding is an effective way to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia.
