选取中欧纺织品服装消费品基本安全性和使用说明方面的技术法规及其对应标准,系统地进行对比研究。在基本安全性方面,双方除了对禁用偶氮染料和游离甲醛都有规定外,对于其他项目的限制各有侧重。在使用说明方面,中国技术法规比欧盟的要求更加详细,为消费者使用产品及维权提供了较为详细的指导。与技术法规对应的标准方面,双方均以ISO标准为基础,共性大于差异性。

China - EU regulations and corresponding standards on general safety and use instructions of textiles and apparel products were selected and compared systematically. In terms of general safety, both sides respectively emphasize different aspects other than banned azo colourants and free formaldehyde; as regarding use instructions, China regulations offer more details in product use and personal right preservation if compared to the counterpart. As for corresponding standards based on ISO standards by both sides, there are more similarities and less differences.
