高等教育质量认证是保障与提高高等教育质量的一种模式。很多国家如美国、英国、波兰、德国等建立起完整的高等教育质量认证制度,包括专业性认证机构、规范的认证程序、健全的认证标准体系等。我国应借鉴这些国家的认证制度,在评估主体、程序、标准方面进一步完善我国现行的高等教育评估制度。

The higher education quality accreditation is the mode of safeguarding and enhancing the higher education quality. Many countries such as US, England, Poland, Germany have built the perfect accrediting institution which includes specialized and professional accrediting organizations, standard accrediting procedure and perfect accrediting standard system. We should improve our country＇s evaluating institution of higher education in these aspects such as evaluating bodies, evaluating procedures and evaluating standard as we profit from these countries accrediting institution.
