摘要
采用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备铁基合金涂层,分析研究了在一定工艺参数范围内,熔覆区和结合区微观组织变化规律,摩擦磨损性的变化规律。结果表明:激光功率和扫描速度对熔覆层组织和耐磨性有规律性的影响,最终确定p=2.5 kW、v=3 mm/s^4 mm/s为优选工艺参数。
Using laser cladding technology on the surface of 45 steel, iron-based powder coating was prepared. In the certain range of craft parameter, the micmstructure of cladding zone and combination zone were analyzed, the law of change was found. The results show that the lair power and .scanning speed have regularity influences on microstructure and resistance wear of iron-based laser cladding coating. Finally, p =2.5 kW,v =3 -4 mm/s was determined as the best craft parameter.
