敌火龙(Deflam)填充PP材料的热稳定性能与阻燃性能关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用敌火龙(Deflam)对聚丙烯(PP)进行填充改性,制备出Deflam不同含量的PP阻燃复合材料。通过水平-垂直燃烧仪与氧指数测定仪测试材料的阻燃性能,热重分析实验与复合材料总体热稳定性作用(OSE)评价材料的热稳定性能,研究材料总体热稳定性作用与阻燃性能间的关系。结果表明:增加Deflam填充量有利于提高PP复合材料总体热稳定性与阻燃性能,提高PP复合材料的总体热稳定性有利于改善其阻燃性能。 The flame retardant modification of Polypropylene(PP) was made by filling with Deflam, prepared in different Deflam content of composite materials. The flame retardant effects of Deflam on the prepared composite were studied by means of limiting oxygen index ( LOI ) and horizontal-vertical burning. The test methods of thermo gravimetric analysis (TG) and the overall stabilization effect (OSE) were used to measure the thermal stability, analysed the relation between thermal stability and flame retardant . The results indicated that adding the content of Deflam not oldy improved the flame retardant of the composite, but also advanced the thermal stability. Enhancing the overall thermal stability of PP fire-retardant composite can improve its flame retardant.
