摘要
世界性的金融危机爆发,少数量的多品种产品同时生产,在生产和检验过程中出现了一系列质量问题。文章介绍企业运用遵循PDCA循环、以事实为依据用数据说话、应用统计方法的科学管理技术开展QCC小组活动,降低客户抱怨次数,体现全面质量管理的全员参与和持续改进的特点。
The world finance crisis broken out, products which have little quality and excessive part type be produced in a line or plant, there are a series of quality problem are found out in productive field or inspection process. The paper present enterprise take scientific management technique which follow PDCA circle, evidence with fact and speak by data, apply statistical method to develop QCC activity, reduce the Times of Customer Complaint, embody the characteristic Of total quality control and continuous improvement.
