摘要
针对传统航空企业质量管理的不足,结合航空企业技术服务现状,采用多视图建模方法建立飞机技术服务的业务流程模型,基于工作流技术开发技术服务平台,实现对飞机技术服务的过程化管理。在此基础上,从成本和效率两个角度对业务流程进行分析评价,提出了一套成本和效率分析指标,为企业改进服务流程提供数据依据和决策支持。
According to the present situation of aviation enterprise technical service, the business process model of aireraft technical service based on multi-views modeling was built, and a technical service platform based on workflow technology to solve the problem of traditional aviation enterprise was developed, so that the process management of aircraft technical service can be achieved. In addition, a set of process analysis index including cost and time was proposed to evaluate the business process and provide data and advice for enterprise to improve their business process.
