摘要
以蛭石取代琼脂作培养基支撑材料，接种葡萄试管苗双节茎段，常规培养一个月后，试管苗成苗率达１００％，试管苗生长质量与琼脂支撑培养对照无明显差异，试管苗培养成本比对照每株降低０．００４元。
lnoculating double joint stem section of grape plantlets in vitro on vermiculite supporting medium,and following conventional culture for one month,the result indicate that the plantlets survival rate reach 100% and the growth quality has no clear difference with the contrast which is cultured on agar supporting medium the culture costs of each plantlet reduce 0 004 yuan RMB than that of contrast
