阐述了照明用功率发光二极管(LED)的退化规律,提出了一种实用的加速寿命试验方法来评估功率LED的长期使用寿命,并使用该方法分别对LUMILEDS公司1 W白光LED和CREE公司1 W蓝光LED的使用寿命进行了评估。
