摘要
目的:研究新疆软紫草的水溶性化学成分。方法:采用MCL-Gel CHP 20P,Sephadex LH-20和ODS柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,用光谱方法(IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS)鉴定结构。结果:分离得到3个酚酸类化合物,其结构分别为:化合物Ⅰ[2-(3′-甲氧基-4′-羟基)-苯基-3-羟甲基-6-甲氧基-5-苯并呋喃甲酸]、化合物Ⅱ(咖啡酸四聚体)和化合物Ⅲ(咖啡酸四聚体同分异构体)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective. To investigate the water soluble constituents of roots from Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnston . Methods: Column chromatography(MCL-Gel CHP 20P,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS) were used to isolated and purified the water soluble constituents, and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structure elucidation. Results: Three water soluble constituents were isolated and their structure were elucidated. 2-(3 '-trimethoxy-4 -hydroxy)-phenyl-3-hydroxymethyl-6-methoxy-5-benzofuran formic acid( Ⅰ ) , carfeic acid tetramer( Ⅱ ) and its isomer( Ⅲ )respectively. Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ is found for the first time from this plant.
