新疆性服务人员艾滋病综合干预效果评价研究

The study of effects evaluation of AIDS multiple-prevention of Unlicensed prostitutes in Xinjiang

目的:对新疆性服务人员艾滋病综合干预效果进行评价,并分析影响艾滋病基本知识知晓率的多种因素,为更好地开展性服务人员干预活动提供科学依据。方法:2003年和2007年对性服务人员开展行为监测均采取分层整群抽样的方法,对目标人群进行问卷调查。分析调查对象的人口学特征、艾滋病KAP横断面对比、影响性服务人员艾滋病基本知识知晓率的影响因素。结果:与2003年相比,2007年性服务人员艾滋病基本知识知晓率、态度和行为明显改变(P<0.01),艾滋病基本知识得分多因素Logistic逐步回归分析发现影响性服务人员艾滋病知识水平的因素有:调查场所、民族和文化程度。结论:2003年到2007年性服务人员艾滋病综合干预效果明显,今后在性服务人员艾滋病宣传与干预工作应针对民族和文化程度的特殊性,加强中低档性服务人员的宣传教育。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of AIDS multiple-intervention on Unlicensed prostitutes in Xinjiang, provide multi factors on the rate of AIDS knowledge, provide a scientific base for future work. Method： The same method of stratified-cluster sampling was applied in 2003 and 2007, made the same questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed with x^2 and Logistic regression analysis. Result： The rate of AIDS knowledge raised obviously between 2003 and 2007 （P 〈0.01）, attitude and behavior change obviously between 2003 and 2007 （P 〈0.01）, the results of Logistic regression analysis on AIDS knowledge showed that investigation site, nation, education degree were influencing factors. Conclusion： There are good effects of AIDS multiple-intervention on Unlicensed prostitutes in Xinjiang between 2003 and 2007, but it should enhance propaganda and education of middle and low lay Unlicensed prostitutes, according to the differences of nation and education degree.
