摘要
目的:通过观察化浊降脂汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用以及对血清丙二醛(MDA)活性的影响,阐明化浊降脂汤降低血脂的机理。方法:健康成年SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组及化浊降脂汤高(24g/kg)、中(12g/kg)、低(6g/kg)剂量组,每组10只。21d后,取血测其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及血清MDA活性。结果:与模型组相比,化浊降脂汤各剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,化浊降脂汤高剂量组降低血清TC、TG效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。化浊降脂汤高、中剂量组降低血清LDL-C,MDA效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。化浊降脂汤各剂量组大鼠血清HDL-C含量与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化浊降脂汤具有调节血脂作用,并可降低血清MDA活力,减少脂质过氧化损伤。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Huazbuo Jiangzhi decoction on lipid-lowering preliminarily by observing its regulating role in hyperlipidemic rats and its influence on serum malondialdehyde (MDA) activity. Methods: Sixty adult SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, control group, and 3 groups with high (24 g/kg), medium (12 g/kg) and low (6 g/kg) dose group of Huazhuo Jiangzhi Decoction respectively, 10 in each group. After 21 days, their total blood cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C) and serum MDA activity were measured. Results. Compared with model group, the serum TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA levels of all groups with Huazhuo Jiangzhi Decoction dose are obviously lower (P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, the group with the high dose of Huazhuo Jiangzhi Decoction decreased serum TC and TG (P 〈0.05). Huazhuo Jiangzhi Decoction high or medium dose group to reduce serum LDL-C and MDA was better than the control group (P 〈0.05). The differences were statistically significant. The concentration of the serum HDL-C of the groups with Huazhuo Jiangzhi Decoction had no signifcant differences with control group (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: Huazhuo Jiangzhi Decoction can regulate blood lipid, reduce the vitality of serum MDA and decrease lipid peroxidation injury.
