伊宁县居民唇腭裂患病情况调查

Investigation on cleft lip and/or palate in Yining county

目的:了解伊宁县居民唇腭裂的患病情况及特点。方法:采用普查的方法,覆盖伊宁县38万人口,并对发现的唇腭裂患者进行入户问卷调查,对唇腭裂患病率、性别、民族、城乡分布及遗传、近亲婚配史等进行调查。结果:通过调查发现伊宁县共有唇腭裂患者58人,患病率为1.52/万,唇裂22人,患病率为0.58/万,腭裂4人,患病率为0.10/万,唇裂合并腭裂32人,患病率为0.84/万;哈萨克族的患病率最高,为2.59/万,汉族最低,为0.28/万;男性患者32人,女性患者26人,男女患病率之比为1.15∶1;城镇人口患病率为1.08/万,农村人口患病率为1.60/万。结论:伊宁县唇腭裂患病率少数民族高于汉族,农村高于城镇,提示应加强少数民族及农村人口孕期保健的管理,广泛开展优生和保健知识宣传。

Objective： To study the condition and characteristics with cleft lip and/or palate in Yining county. Methods： Census was carried out in Yining county. The survey covered the whole population of Yining county and the surveyor went to the house of the cases for questionnaire investigation, including the prevalence rate, gender, nationality, urban and rural distribution, hereditary and the history of consanguineous marriage. Results： There were 58 cases in Yining county, the prevalence rate was 1.52/10 000. The prevalence rate of cleft lip （CL） was 0. 58/10 000, cleft palate （CP） was 0. 10/10 000, cleft lip and palate （CLP） was 0.84/10 000. The highest prevalence rate was in Kazak nationality （2.59/10 000） and the lowest was in Han nationality （0.28/10 000）. The cases of male was 32 and female was 26, the ratio of male to female was 1.15 ： 1. The prevalence rate is 1.08/10 000 in cities, 1.60/10 000 in villages. Conclusion： It shows that the incidence of CLP in Yining county is higher in the minority nationality than that in Han nationality. The rural incidence is higher than that of towns. Therefore the management of antenatal care in the minority nationality and the rural should be reinforced, the propaganda of aristogenesis and health care knowledge extensively shoule be developed.
