摘要
目的:探讨检测抑制素B(INHB)与性激素:卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)在卵巢早衰(POF)患者血清中的变化。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)检测POF患者随机和正常育龄妇女月经周期第2或第3天血清INHB水平,采用化学发光法检测其FSH、LH、E2值,并将各项结果进行比较。结果:与正常育龄妇女[(69.42±27.91)pg/ml]比较,POF患者INHB水平[(14.38±11.65)pg/ml]明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。INHB与FSH呈负相关(r=-0.307,P<0.01),与E2呈正相关(r=0.476,P<0.01)。结论:POF患者INHB水平低于正常育龄妇女,INHB与FSH、E2有显著相关性,血清INHB对POF的诊断有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To study the change of serum inhibin B and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteotrophic hormone (LH), estradio (E2) in women with premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods: Serum levels of inhibin B on menstruation day 2 or day 3 was measured by an enzyme immunoassay technique (ELISA)both in POF group and in control (womem without POF). Serum FSH, LH, and E2 were measured by chemiluminescent immunoassay in all serum samples. The relationship between inhibin B and FSH, inhibin B and E2 were analyzed. Results: Mean concentrations of inhihin B was lower (P 〈0. 001) in POF [(14.38±11.65) pg/ml] than that in controls [(69. 42±27.91) pg/ml]. In all women, parametric correlations analysis demonstrated that inhibin B serum levels were negatively correlated with FSH (r = -0. 307, P 〈0.01) and positively correlated with E2 (r = 0. 476, P 〈0.01). Conclusion: Lower concentrations of inhibin B may be a marker on diagnosis of POF.
