摘要
通过改变配方中酚醛树脂的用量和卤素给予体的种类及用量,探讨了各变量下对IIR硫化特性和耐热氧老化性能的影响。实验表明,老化前后,300%定伸应力和硬度均有所提高,而拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率有不同程度下降。在树脂用量为8份,CIIR用量为11份,BIIR用量为9份时,各配方的IIR硫化胶性能最好。
By changing the amount of phenolic resin and the type and the amount of halogen donor in the formula, analyzed the effect of IIR oxygen curing and heat aging properties in each variation. The experimental results showed that before and after aging, 300% stretch stress and hardness are all increased, while the tensile strength, tear strength and elongation are decreased in different extents. As resin in the amount of 8, ClIR amount to 11, BIIR amount to 9, the formulations of IIR vulcanization performance are the best.
