摘要
通过改变床层温度、流化数和床料高度等运行参数,考察热态流化床内水煤浆固化颗粒的热破碎规律,分析运行参数对其粒度变化率Fd的影响.结果表明,床层温度越高对热破碎越有利,流化数则存在一个最佳值,床料高度应在阻力允许的情况下采用较大值.利用灰色关联分析方法,讨论了不同流化时间内运行参数对Fd的影响程度,发现在15 s以前流化数影响最大,30 s及以后床层温度的影响最大,在整个流化时间内床料高度的影响都是最小的.
By changing operating parameters of bed temperature, fluidization number and bed material height, the thermal fragmentation rules of coal water slurry (CWS) solidified spheres were studied and their influences on the size change ratio of fragmentation (Fd) were analyzed. The results show that the highest bed temperature leads to the best thermal fragmentation, the optimal fluidization number is in the middle of the studied range, and the bed material height should be as high as resistance allowed. Gray relational analysis was used to discuss the degrees of influence on Fa of the three operating parameters in different fluidization times. From the results, the fluidization number show the greatest influence before 15 s, then the bed temperature do after 30 s, and in the whole studied time range the influence of bed material height is the least.
