摘要 以水作为润滑介质在安全、环保等方面具有明显优势,将其应用到煤矿机械中可以提高煤矿机械的安全、环保性能.介绍了水润滑技术,结合煤矿机械的工作特点,对水润滑技术在煤矿机械中的应用进行了可行性分析,确定了适宜在煤矿井下使用的水润滑摩擦副材料的选择原则及其应用范围.通过对比认为,橡胶和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)耐杂质能力强、安装精度要求较低,是比较适合应用在煤矿井下恶劣工况条件下的水润滑摩擦副材料. Water as lubricant has obvious advantages in safe and environmental protection, and can improve the safe and environmental protection performances of the coal mine machineries. The water lubrication technology in the coal mine machinery was introduced. Account of the work characters of coal mine machineries, the feasibility of using water lubrication technology in the coal mine machineries was analyzed. The principle and using range of selecting materials of water-lubricated friction pairs fit for coal mine machineries were determined. By contrast, rubber and UHMW -PE are the better choose for coal mine machineries because they have better impurity resistance and low assembling precision require.
