摘要
基于涂层刀具的摩擦学机理,通过干铣削、水溶性切削液、空气油雾、氮气油雾介质下淬硬模具钢高速铣削磨损试验的研究,得出氮铝钛(TiAlN)涂层刀具高速铣削淬硬模具钢时的磨损规律与寿命。
Based on tribology principle of TiAlN coated tool,experimental work on high speed milling of hardened mould steel under nitrogen-oil-mixture medium, air-oil-mixture, water solubility cutting and dry milling has been done. The wear rule and lifespan of TiAlN coated tool in high speed milling hardened mould steel has been done.
