通过研究对刀具刀刃进行钝化处理,提高金属切削加工效率、刀具寿命和降低制造成本。本文就刀具钝化处理的必要性,目前国内外对刀具钝化处理采用的设备、方法和典型的刀具钝化技术进行了简要的介绍和探讨。同时通过钝化后的刀具在本工厂的实践试验应用,证实了其取得的显著效果和它广阔的发展前景。

Throush researing on the cutter blade passivation, the efficiency of metal cutting and tool life is impraed, and the manutacturing cost is reduced. In this paper, the necessary of the passivation tool, the equipmeat and method for the in and out of china and the technolosy of the passivation tool are intraduced in detail. At the same time, the remarkable resutts and the broad prispects are confirmed by testing the passivated tool in the factory.
