摘要
螺旋曲面误差评定软件研制是一项系统工程,涉及到测点布置方法、测点数量与误差关系、螺旋曲面拟合、重构模型和标准模型匹配、误差评定、软件功能规划、软件工具选择、软件编制等内容。利用螺杆实例的初步验证,说明本软件的基本思路是正确可行的。
The development of the error assessment software of helical surfaces is a system engineering, which developed on the relationship among measuring point distribution, measuring point amount and the error, helical surface fitting, models matching, error assessment, software function planning, software tools selection, software compiling and etc. Finally, the error assessment of an involute driving screw verified that the software is feasible.
