摘要
根据流体润滑理论及Reynolds方程,构建了动压滑动轴承油膜压力的数学模型,并比较了油膜压力的计算方法,提出了基于MSC.Marc有限元软件求解油膜压力及轴承承载能力的方法。通过对具体实例仿真与计算,结果表明该软件具有良好的仿真效果,可应用于各种复杂的滑动轴承中;计算结果精确,为转子-轴承系统的稳定性提供了依据。
The mathematical equations of dynamic pressure of oil film were deduced according to the hydro-lubrication theory and Reynolds equations. With the comparison of the pressure in the different methods of calculation, the analysis and calculating means of the pressure and the load capacity of oil film were presented by the application software of finite element analysis, MSC. Marc. A practical sample was simulated and calculated with it. The numerous results indicate that it takes on favorable emulation effects. It can be applicable for diversified and complicated sliding bearing. Simultaneously the so precise calculating results provide a base for the stability of the rotor- bearing system.
