摘要 多智能体技术能为电力领域的分布、开放式系统的设计和实现提供新的途径和方法,在电力领域具有很可观的应用前景。将多智能体技术应用于输电投资决策中,创新性地提出了包含输电投资各相关主体以及辅助软件平台的多智能体双系统决策模型,模型具有决定线路选址以及计算各市场主体的经济利益的功能。提出了考虑线路投资的有效性的输电规划模型,并在多智能体平台上开发了分别求解短期输电投资规划与长期输电投资规划的算法。通过IEEE 9节点算例展示了多智能体技术在输电投资项目上的应用。所开发的多智能体系统和相关算法能够为输电投资决策提供辅助支持。 Multi - agent technology provides a new method to design and realize the distributed and open system in power industry, and it can be widely applied in the power market. This paper uses the multi - agent technology to study the transmission investment problem, and it constructs a multi - agent decision making model which includes all the related participants and the assistant software for the first time. This model can decide between which nodes the transmission line can be built, meanwhile it can calculate the benefit of each participant in the power market. A transmission planning model considering the efficiency of the transmission investment is also included in this paper. This paper develops different methods in accordance with the short- term and long- term transmission investment problems in which the step - by - step backward algorithm is used to solve the long - term transmission planning program. Through using an IEEE 9 node illustrative example, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified and the application is displayed. The research results can aid the transmission investment decision making.
