臭氧对银杏贮藏防霉的效果 被引量:10

摘要 主要研究了臭氧在银杏采后贮藏保鲜中的应用方法与剂量实验表明,在常温下用O3,每3d处理1次,每次1h,O3浓度为1875mg/m3,效果较理想常温密封贮藏45个月,中种皮霉变率小于10%,比对照减少90%,同期处理的银杏种仁也较对照减少47.6%O3处理对银杏采后优势病原菌曲霉、青霉、木霉的抑制作用优于紫外线或特克多药剂处理,该方法适用。 In this paper, the method of using O3 to store Ginkgo biloba L. after its harvest and the concentration of O3 are studied.The result shows:the best method is to add O3, under common temperature, to the environment of Ginkgo biloba L. once for 1 h every three days, and the content of O3 is 1 875 mg/m3; with this,the mildewing rate of seed of ginkgo biloba L. is lower than 10%,which is 90% lower than the contrast; in the same period,the mildewing rate of shell of ginkgo biloba L. is also 476% lower than the contrast. with this method, the Aspergillus Micheli,Penicillium Link,Trichoderma Pers.ex Fr can be controlled better than the metod of using TBZ. And this method is vrer easy to apply, with no pollution.
