摘要
主要研究了臭氧在银杏采后贮藏保鲜中的应用方法与剂量实验表明,在常温下用O3,每3d处理1次,每次1h,O3浓度为1875mg/m3,效果较理想常温密封贮藏45个月,中种皮霉变率小于10%,比对照减少90%,同期处理的银杏种仁也较对照减少47.6%O3处理对银杏采后优势病原菌曲霉、青霉、木霉的抑制作用优于紫外线或特克多药剂处理,该方法适用。
In this paper, the method of using O3 to store Ginkgo biloba L. after its harvest and the concentration of O3 are studied.The result shows:the best method is to add O3, under common temperature, to the environment of Ginkgo biloba L. once for 1 h every three days, and the content of O3 is 1 875 mg/m3; with this,the mildewing rate of seed of ginkgo biloba L. is lower than 10%,which is 90% lower than the contrast; in the same period,the mildewing rate of shell of ginkgo biloba L. is also 476% lower than the contrast. with this method, the Aspergillus Micheli,Penicillium Link,Trichoderma Pers.ex Fr can be controlled better than the metod of using TBZ. And this method is vrer easy to apply, with no pollution.
