摘要
对比了二氧化锰、二氧化锰加硫酸亚铁以及硫酸铁3种氧化剂处理某铀精矿的酸法搅拌浸出结果。结果表明,采用硫酸铁作氧化剂后酸耗明显减少、浸出所需温度低、浸出速率快、浸出液中磷和锰含量少。
MnO2, MnO2 +FeSO4 and Fe2 (SO4)3 are used respectively as oxidant for acid leaching of a uranium ore after gravity dressing. The results indicate that Fe2 (SO4)3can obviously reduce the consumption of H2SO4 and accelerate leaching rate with lower temperature. The leachate with Fe2 (SO4)2 has lower concentration of P and Mn.
