摘要
用鸡蛋壳处理某溶浸实验室酸性含铜废水(p(Cu^2+)为143.00mg/L,pH值为1.80~2.00)。研究了不同煅烧温度、蛋壳用量和粒度,以及搅拌速度对处理效果的影响。结果表明:在煅烧温度为400℃,蛋壳用量为25g/L,蛋壳粒度为0.25mm,搅拌速度为240r/min的条件下,蛋壳可将酸性含铜废水的pH值由1.80~2.00提高到6.86~7.34,p(Cu^2+)降低到0.09~0.43mg/L,去除率可达99.70%~99.94%,处理后废水符合GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》规定的一级标准。因此,用鸡蛋壳处理酸性含铜废水,工艺简单、操作方便、处理效果好,达到了“以废治废”的目的,具有一定的应用前景。
A study of treating the acidic copper-containing wastewater(Cu^2+ concentration of 143.00 mg/L, pH 1.80-2.00) from the laboratory of East China Institute of Technology using the processed eggshells is carried out. The effect of various parameters including calcining temperature, amount and particle size of eggshells, stirring speed on removal rate of Cu^2+ is investigated. The optimum condition is obtained as follows: calcining temperature of 400 ℃, eggshells amount of 25 g/L, eggshells size of 0.25 mm, stirring speed of 240 r/min. Under the optimum condition, the eggshells can raise pH in the wastewater from 1.80-2.00 to 6.86-7.34 and reduce Cu^2+ concentration from 0.43 mg/L to 0.09 mg/L. The removal rate can reach 99. 70%-99.94%. The wastewater can meet first-class requirement of 《Integrated wastewater discharge standard》(GB 8978--1996) after the treatment. The method of using eggshells to treat acidic copper-containing wastewater has application prospects because the process is simple and easy to operate.
