信用卡业务进入中国的历史虽然较短,但其发展速度和规模却十分惊人。当前,我国商业银行信用卡业务拓展中还存在很多问题:银行卡业务运作模式缺乏活力,银行卡市场营销机制不健全,银行卡业务创新不足。国有商业银行必须积极推进信用卡业务向集约经营和集中管理模式转变,彻底解决分散经营、分级管理造成的弊端,从根本上增强一级法人的风险控制、经营约束和系统服务能力,实施信息集中,突出核心产品的竞争优势,整合营销渠道,改进服务,强化经营。
The business history on credit card is short in China, but its development speed and sere is quite amazing. Now the problems in developing credit card in China Commercial Bank are that operating mode is lack of vitality, marketing mechanism is imperfect, and innovation is insufficient. State-owned commercial bank must change the business into intensive and centralized management mode. thoroughly solve the disadvantage caused by decentralized operation and graded management, increase the ability of fast-grade corporation to risk control, operation restraint and system service, take information centralization, stress competitive advantage of core product, integrate marketing channel, and improve service and operation.
