加强企业高技能人才队伍建设,必须创新人才培训机制,畅通培养通道;加大培训经费投入,保证可持续培训的需要;建立和完善高技能人才的开发和使用机制,发挥创造能力;建立高技能人才队伍的激励机制,使其发挥重要作用;营造良好的工作、学习和生活环境,激发高技能人才的创新活力。
Construction of high-skilled talents should focus on the following aspects: innovating talent-training mechanism and smoothing training channel, increasing training investment to guarantee the need of sustainable training, establishing and improving development and use mechanism on high-skilled talents to play their creativeness, setting up incentive mechanism on high-skilled talents to take their important role, creating perfect working, learning and living environment to aspire their innovation energy.
