On the Conditions to Realize Institution Justice

人与人之间的社会关系和利益冲突是制度公正问题产生的实践前提,而人自身的超越本性和自我意识的发展是制度公正问题产生的思想条件。制度公正的实现不是一个自然的历史过程,而是物质基础、理论前提和人的发展等综合因素共同作用的结果。社会发展的客观规律以及特定的社会物质生产状况是制度公正的物质基础;科学的人性假设是制度公正的理论前提;现实中人的发展状况是制度公正的主观条件。

Social relations and benefit conflicts are the practical preconditions for the problem of institution justice, and human beings＇ self development exceeding nature and self consciousness are the thinking conditions for the problem of institution justice. The realization of institution justice is not a natural and historical process ; instead , it is the result of such comprehensive factors as material foundation, theoretical precondition,and human development. The material foundation of institution justice depends on the objective rules of social development and specific material production ; scientific supposition of human nature is the theoretical precondition of institution justice; and the reality of human development is the subjective condition for institution justice.
