论生产关系与交换关系的和谐

On the Harmonious Relationship between Relations of Production and Relations of Exchange

商品生产和商品交换是商品经济的两种主要活动。在市场不完善和非均衡、法律法规不健全的状态下,生产关系和交换关系是不和谐的,需要政府发挥调节作用。在社会主义市场经济条件下,不断地完善市场和推进市场均衡、健全法律法规和理性地发挥政府作为,能够促进生产关系和交换关系的和谐。

Commodity production and commodity exchange are two main activities of commodity economy. In an imperfect market and under uncertain laws and regulations,a harmonious relationship between relations of production and relations of exchange cannot definitely be obtained and thus it needs government to adjust them. In socialist market economy,a harmonious relationship between relations of production and relations of exchange can be promoted by perfecting market, improving laws and regulations,and governments＇ rational action.
