芸灵胶囊抗肿瘤作用研究

An experimental study on antitumor activity of Yunling Capsula(芸灵胶囊)

目的:研究芸灵胶囊的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT比色法检测芸灵胶囊对人胃癌细胞株BGC-823、人结肠癌细胞株HCT-8及人大细胞肺癌H460生长的抑制作用;采用肝癌H22小鼠移植瘤模型,观察体内抗肿瘤作用。结果:体外实验证实芸灵胶囊对肿瘤细胞的体外生长有明显的抑制作用,三批实验测得对BGC-823、HCT-8和H460的半数抑制浓度IC50分别为4.26、4.11、4.13mg/ml;体内实验证实芸灵胶囊对H22实体瘤的生长有一定的抑制作用,可延长H22腹水瘤小鼠的生存期。结论:芸灵胶囊具有抑制肿瘤的作用。

To evaluate antitumor effects of Yunling Capsula in vitro and in vivo. Methods： Detect the inhibition to BGC-823,HCT-8 and H460 in vitro by using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） method. Mouse transplanted hepatoma H22 model was established to evaluate the antitumor activity ,The inhibitory rate for solid tumor were determined and the mean survival time of mouse bearing ascitic tumor were statistics. Results： In vitro, Yunling Capsula exhibited significant cytotoxicity on BGC823, HCT-8 and H460 obviously with the IC50 values 4. 26,4.11 and 4.12mg/ml. In vivo, it inhibited the growth of H22 solid tumor , it also prolonged survival time of mouse bearing ascitic tumor. Conclusion： Yunling Capsula shows significant activities of antitumor.
