银杏叶提取物对健康绝经后女性冠脉血流和血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Ginkgo biloba extract injection solution(银杏叶提取物注射液) on coronary blood flow and endothelium-dependent vasodilation in healthy postmenopausal women

摘要 目的:观察银杏叶提取物对健康绝经后女性冠状动脉血流和血管内皮功能的影响。方法:60例冠状动脉造影正常的健康绝经后女性分为银杏叶提取物注射液治疗组和对照组(各30例),两组均于用药前、后采用高分辨力血管超声无创检测冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)血流流速和血流介导的肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张(FMD)功能的变化。结果:银杏叶提取物显著增加健康绝经后女性LAD舒张期峰值流速(DPV)、收缩期峰值流速(SPV)和舒张期时间速度积分(DTVI),同时肱动脉FMD显著升高;而对照组LAD血流流速(DPV,SPV和DTVI)和肱动脉FMD无明显变化。Pearson相关分析显示,银杏叶提取物治疗后健康老年人LAD血流流速(DPV,SPV和DTVI)的增加与肱动脉FMD的改善呈正相关。结论:银杏叶提取物可增加健康绝经后女性LAD血流流速,其机制可能与改善内皮依赖性血管舒张功能有关。 To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on coronary blood flow and endothelium-dependent vasodilation in healthy postmenopausal women. Methods: Sixty healthy postmenopausal women confirmed by cardioangiography were randomly assigned to Ginkgo biloba extract injection solution (n = 30) and control (saline, n = 30) groups. Before and after intravenous administration, the distal left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) flow and brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (FMD) were assessed non-invasively using high-resolution ultrasound. Results: Ginkgo biloba extract treatment demonstrated significant improvements in diastolic peak velocity (DPV), systolic peak velocity (SPV) and diastolic time velocity integral (DTVI) (P 〈0.01). Brachial artery FMD was also increased (P 〈 0.01). In contrast, saline had no effects on these parameters ( P 〉 0.05 ). Pearson correlation was found between the percentage change in LAD blood flow ( DPV, SPV, and DTVI) and the percentage change in brachial artery FMD following treatment with Ginkgo biloba extract ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract treatment in healthy postmenopausal women led to the increase of LAD blood flow, and the increase response might relate to the improved endothelium-dependent vasodilatory capacity.
