摘要
目的:探讨DEC1和STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达及其在胃癌发病机制中的作用。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法检测59例胃癌组织中DEC1、STAT32种蛋白的表达情况,以19例癌旁正常组织作为对照。结果:DEC1蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.2%,高于癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率(26.3%,P<0.05)。胃癌组织中的DEC1表达与STAT3表达呈正相关,与肿瘤的分化程度有关,但与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移及远处转移无关;STAT3蛋白的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及远处转移无关。结论:DEC1蛋白在胃癌组织中高表达,且与STAT3蛋白的表达相关。DEC1和STAT3均为转录调节因子,二者的相互调节很可能在胃癌的发生发展中具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and relationship of differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressed genel (DEC1) and the signal tranducers and activator of transcription3 (STAT3) in gastric cancer tissues, and the significance of the two genes in gastric Carcinogenesis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry method of SP was adopted to discover the expression of DEC1 and STAT3 in 59 gastric cancer tissues, 19 norma tissues distant from tumor Were regarded as control. Results:The positive expression rate of DEC1 in gastric cancer tissues was 7i.2% (42/59),which was significantly higher than that in normal para-cancer tissues(26.3%)(P〈0.05).The expression of DEC1 in gastric cancer was related to STAT3 protein level.DEC1 expression was correlated with tumor grade(P〈0.05),but not with patients'age ,sex and the size,TNM staging,invasion depth,lymph node involvement and distant metastasis of the tumor(P〉0.05).STAT3 expression was associated with TNM staging,invasion depth,lymph node involvement and tumor grade(P〈0.05),but not with patients'age ,sex,tumor size and distant metastasis(P〉0.05).Conclusions:from tumor,and was correlated with STAT3 in gastric cancer.DEC1 and STAT3 are both transcriptin factors,therefore the co-activation of DEC1 and STAT3 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer.
