p38MAPK信号传导通路与重症急性胰腺炎 被引量:1

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated proteinkinase,MAPK)信号传导通路是细胞外信号引起细胞反应的共同通路,其中p38MAPK在介导炎症、应激等细胞反应中最为引人注目。本文综述了p38MAPK这一信号传导通路的结构特征、激活与生物学效应,及其在重症急性胰腺炎发病机制中的作用,旨在为重症急性胰腺炎的诊治研究提供新的思路。
