抑癌基因DLC-1在肿瘤发生中的作用及其表达调控研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 DLC-1(frequently deleted in liver cancer1)基因是一种肿瘤抑制基因,是从肝癌细胞系中首先分离报道的。DLC-1基因在许多肿瘤,如肝癌、非小细胞性肺癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌等中均表达缺失或下调,而其表达的恢复能够抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、生长和转移,证实该基因在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要的生物学作用。就DLC-1基因的结构、功能及其在肿瘤中的相关研究作一综述。
