摘要
隐性课程是学校课程体系中的重要组成部分,校园文化在内容和特点上与隐性课程有很多相似之处,是重要的隐性课程资源。从隐性课程的视角审视高师校园文化可以避免其建设中的盲目性,提升其地位,更好地发挥育人作用。科学的开发应从学生的需要、社会的需求、学校的特色三方面确定目标,从物质层面、制度层面、精神层面和行为层面进行分析和设计,强调师化。
Sharing a lot in contents and features, campus culture is an important resource of the hidden curriculum which is an essential part of the curriculum system. Examining the campus culture of teachers college from the viewpoint of hidden curriculum can avoid the aimlessness during the construction, raise its status and better bring the moral education into play. Scientific development should set goals from the requirements of students, society and college, analyze and design from the aspects of material, system, spirit and acts, emphasizing the characteristics of teachers.
