隐性课程是学校课程体系中的重要组成部分,校园文化在内容和特点上与隐性课程有很多相似之处,是重要的隐性课程资源。从隐性课程的视角审视高师校园文化可以避免其建设中的盲目性,提升其地位,更好地发挥育人作用。科学的开发应从学生的需要、社会的需求、学校的特色三方面确定目标,从物质层面、制度层面、精神层面和行为层面进行分析和设计,强调师化。

Sharing a lot in contents and features, campus culture is an important resource of the hidden curriculum which is an essential part of the curriculum system.
