神经外科手术不同冲洗方法对脑组织影响的研究

Experimental study of different washing methods in neurosurgical operation

目的探讨神经外科不同冲洗方法对脑组织的影响。方法本研究以64只大鼠为实验动物,麻醉后开颅,暴露双侧大脑半球,分别采用冲洗器和一次性注射器用生理盐水对大鼠脑组织进行线性冲洗和点滴状冲洗,鼠脑做切片,光镜下观察形态学改变。结果两种冲洗工具的点滴状冲洗对大鼠脑组织无明显损伤,而注射器线形冲洗对脑组织损伤明显高于冲洗器冲洗。结论神经外科术中点滴状冲洗两种工具均可选用,而需要大量生理盐水冲洗时应选用冲洗器冲洗,冲洗力度要轻柔,避免对脑组织不必要的损伤。。

Objective To study the effects on brain by using different washing methods of neurosurgical operation.Methods 64 rats were operated afer anesthesia and their both sides of cerebral hemisphere were washed by washing machine and injector respectively,then examined with light microscope to observe histological change.Results Using injector washing water in line could make brain injured,no damaged to brain with other methods.Conclusion Washing drop by drop could be used in clinical practice,washing water in line by injector should be prohibited.
