摘要
目的分析某医学高职院校护理专业专科生预防医学考试试卷,对教学效果进行评价。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取某校2007级护理专业学生276人的预防医学期末考试试卷进行统计分析。结果考试试卷难度系数、区分度和信度分别为0.36、0.26和0.77;考试成绩基本呈正态分布,其中平均成绩64.34,标准差10.26。结论试卷设计基本合理,反映了学生掌握情况,但也存在综合理解性试题得分低等问题,为改进教学质量,提高教学效果提供参考依据。
Objective To analyzes the examination papers on preventive medicine for nursing specialty in a vocational medical college and evaluate the teaching effects.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select randomly 276 final examination papers of 2007 grade junior college students.Results The distribution of the scores showed normal distribution,with the mean score being 63.34,the standard deviation being 10.26;the degree of difficulty of paper was 0.36,the discrimination was 0.26,and the reliability was 0.77.Conclusion The design of the examination papers is reasonable and it can make an all-round assessment of students' mastery of preventive medicine.There are some problems such as weak ability of colligation and analysis.The results provide us with reference for improving teaching.
