During the 60 years since the founding of the New China, Shanghai International Port （Group） Co., Ltd. has gained great achievements, such as the accomplishment of an accumulation of 40 billion Yuan＇s fixed assets investment and a great change in port facilities, which has promoted the rapid development of port economy. This paper reviews the investment construction history of Shanghai International Port （Group） Co., Ltd., summarizes the characteristics and achievements of the investment construction, and analyzes the direction of future investment construction of Shanghai International Port （Group） Co., Ltd. under the historic chance of ＂constructing Two Centers＂.
