摘要
对目前施工企业财务管理机制的建设提出运用集权式管理模式的一些想法,并就实施集团财务集权管理应注意的问题进行论述。
Ideas on the application of centralized management mode for financial management of construction enterprise group are put forward, and matters of attention in implementation ot tinancial centralized management for the group are expounded.
