“十五”期间中国主要港口生产能源消耗状况分析

Investigation and Analysis of production energy consumption by China′s main ports during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period

为准确反映"十五"期间中国港口生产能源消耗的实际状况,将全国港口分为沿海港口和内河港口两部分,并选取了具有代表性的沿海及内河港口采样点,对"十五"期间港口生产能源消耗状况进行了实际调研。根据调研资料,对沿海和内河港口的生产能源消耗进行了统计计算,分别得出了生产能源综合单耗值,并结合实际情况对该值的变化进行了分析,提出了港口用能的合理化建议;同时,运用统计学的基本原理概算得出了"十五"期间全国港口生产能源消耗总量值。对港口行业开展节能减排工作具有现实的指导意义。

In order to ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ reflect the real condi period, all ports are production energy consumption of ports during the tion of China＇s production energy consumption of ports during divided into coastal ports and river ports. An actual research to ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ period was conducted by selecting two groups of representative samples of coastal and river ports. Based on the research data, the production energy consumption of coastal and river ports was calculated, resulting in unit consumption value of production energy consumption. The changes in the value were analyzed based on the real condition and energy consumption rationalization proposal was put forward. Meanwhile, the total value of energy production of all ports during the ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ period was calculated with the basic principle of statistics. It＇s of great importance to the energy-saving and emission reduction work for the port industry.
