摘要
根据《江苏省干线航道网规划》,连申线、通扬运河规划为Ⅲ级航道,海安船闸处于这两条干线的共线段,现有船闸的通过能力将成为制约航道通过能力的"瓶颈"。为满足连申线、通扬运河航运发展的需要,从工程、环境、经济等角度探讨海安船闸的扩容模式。
In accordance with the"Trunk Waterway Network Planning of Jiangsu Province", Liangyungang- Shanghai Line and Nantong-Yangzhou Line are planned as Class III waterways. Hai'an shiplock is located on the merged section of the two lines. The present capacity of the shiplock will turn out to be a "bottleneck" for the two trunk waterways. In order to satisfy the near future transport development of the two trunk waterways, this paper discusses the expansion possibilities of the shiplock from the angles of engineering, environmental and economical feasibilities.
