摘要
某船闸在运行过程中,其平板输水阀门的支承梁发生破坏,导致输水阀门不能正常工作。提出若干加固措施,并采用有限元方法建立相应结构的数学模型,分析其受力特性和比较加固效果,提出了推荐方案。实际应用情况表明加固效果良好。
During operation of a shiplock, the bearing beam of flat valve was damaged, and thus the water valve could not work. A number of reinforcement measures were taken and the finite element method was adopted to build mathematical model, studying the mechanical behavior and comparing the reinforcement effects, based on which, the recommended scheme was put forward. The actual performance shows that good results of reinforcement have been achieved.
