摘要
某大桥桩基施工时,因冲孔岩层深度、岩层地质条件、水深条件、实际工程量与招标书有重大偏差,承包人提出工程变更。监理工程师通过分析地质资料、招标文件、投标书、现场施工情况,明确了双方责任,对工程变更提出了处理意见。
During construction of a bridge pile foundation, due to the significant deviation with those in the tendering document in aspects of punch holes rock layer, geologic condition of the rock layer, the water depth condition, and the actual quantity of works, the contractor proposed engineering variation. Through analyzing the geologic data, the tendering document, the tender, and the site construction situation, the supervising engineer made clear the responsibility of both parties, and put forward the treatment comments.
