On the Combination of College Management with College Students' Ideological and Political Education

高校管理与大学生思想政治教育结合的实质是管理育人,管理育人是高校育人系统的一个重要组成部分。进入21世纪以来,高校管理育人面临着新形势、新任务与新要求,管理育人的内容、方法及手段必须适应新形势,在继承中创新、改革中发展,要确立"以人为本"的管理理念和管理体制,营造有利于人才成长的育人环境,为社会主义和谐社会的建设奠定坚实的基础。

In essence, the combination of college management with college students＇ ideological and political education is to manage and educate a person, it is an important part of college education system. In the 21st century, management and education in the high school have faced new situation, new task and new request. The contents, methods and means of management and education must be adapted to new situation, innovate in inheriting and develope in the reform. We must establish managing idea and system of people oriented; construct an environment which is advantageous for talents growing up; lay solid foundation for the construction of the socialism harmonious society.
