高师院校师范生心理教育能力培养探析

An Exploration on Cultivation of Mental Education Ability in Normal University

心理教育能力是教师素质结构中不可缺少的重要组成部分。加强高师院校师范生心理教育能力的培养是全面推进中小学心理教育和实施素质教育的根本要求。基于对当前中小学心理教育所面临的问题分析,本文论述了加强高师院校师范生心理教育能力培养的必要性,分析了心理教育能力的构成,并提出了加强师范生心理教育能力培养的相应策略。

The ability of psychological education is an indispensable component of teachers＇ quality structure, m oraer to Improve all-round perform of psychological education for primary and middle school students , enhance their psychological quality and implement quality education , it is the fundamental demand for normal universities to stress the cultivation of the normal students＇ability of psychological education. Based on the analysis of the shortage and difficulty of psychological education in primary and middle school, this paper analyses the necessity of imposing the cultivation of the ability of psychological education in teachers education. It also probes the forming of these capabilities and studies the training countermeasures and methods which help normal universities to obtain the cultivation of the normal students＇ability of psychological education.
