摘要
本文根据高校引进人才的基本要求,分析了西部高校人才引进的路径,提出了西部高校引进人才的对策措施。
Based on the demands of recruiting talents to western universities, this paper analyed the methods of recruiting talents to the western universities proposed approaches and stratagies as how to recruit talents to western universities.
