摘要
我国高校管理目前已出现了"麦当劳化"倾向,其外在表象是在管理中追求速度和规模、量化考核、结果导向和非人性化;其内在根源是追求高校管理的高效率、可计算性、可预测性和可控制性。因此,克服高校管理"麦当劳化"的前提性条件在于认清高校管理"麦当劳化"的危害与隐患、提升高校管理者的管理理念,植入多元化发展的高校管理人才观,突显高校管理的人文属性,努力追求高校管理的新局面。
At present, China's college management has emerged the tendency of "McDonaldization ", and its outside representations are the pursuit of speed and scale, quantitative evaluation, results-oriented and inhumanity in the management ; the basic causes for this tendency are the pursuit of high efficiency, computability, predictability and controllability in the management of colleges and universities. Therefore, the premise conditions to overcome the "McDonaldization " are to get a clear understanding of its potential hazards and problems , to enhance the management ideas of college administrators, to implant in the new talent view according to the diversified development of the college management, to highlight the humanities and to create a harmonious college culture about the material management, strive to create a new situation in college management.
